Meet the Artist

Ninn Salaün is an illustrator who works with French publishing houses such as Albin Michel and Actes Sud. She has also been working on a daily project about the weather called “Reports From Unknown Places” since March 2020.

“Making The Gnomes’ Homes was a fascinating experience that taught me so much about telling stories. I had a great time coming up with all the different characters, thinking about their lives in this world, and how they connected with one another. I still wonder what they’re up to now and then.”
